My experience with Sahaj Samadhi Meditation Dhyana Yoga — learn to meditate!
So, I recently re-did a program — Sahaj Samadhi Dhyana Yoga — a program designed to learn to meditate!
It was a wonderful experience. Spanned over just 3 days, it was interesting to understand the different aspects related to meditation.
This course is done with a small group so the experience is all the better as the teacher is able to attend to each one — exactly what you would want to when you would want to begin to learn to meditate.
Most doubts any beginner would have to learn to meditate were taken care of, so also how to do it every day!
Also so blessed to hear how a Mantra based meditation like Sahaj is different than others :)
The emphasis on different aspects of meditation, things to note to keep meditating regularly and other discussions helped to understand finally why meditation is no more an option but a necessity in today’s time!
We are so caught up in doing things, that we do not realize how rest through meditation can be so beneficial. Something you will only realize when you experience it!
